About Molly

Starting at just 15 years old as an afterschool aid, childcare and education has continued to be my passion throughout my life. Since this initial job I have expanded the children I serve through experiences in long-term nannying opportunities, late night babysitting gigs, summer camp counseling, in-clinic and in-home ABA services, and respite care for children 21 or younger with 24/7 care needs. I obtained two bachelor degrees from Baylor University in 2022 focused in English and Public Health before being pulled back toward my mission of fostering the positive growth and development of children. Since 2022, I have been working in ABA services predominantly with children diagnosed with ASD. My current aspiration is to achieve the masters degree in ABA I have been working toward since fall of 2025 in order to sit for the board and become a certified children behavior analyst.
