About Moira

I am looking for a career in the senior living environment. I have always had a passion and strong desire to work with seniors. My father had multiple sclerosis, I cared for him time to time. Helped him out of bed and into a wheel chair and back into bed, helped him with bathroom duties and bathing and prepared meals and gave him a lot of loving care. During my mothers last few years of life, she became unable to walk and was wheelchair bound, along with myself and a caregiver I gave her baths, prepared her meals, helped her in and out of the wheel chair and gave her lots of loving care. Recently, she past away from a week long battle with cancer, I never left her bedside and worked with a hospice nurse, it was a life changing experience and I have a better understanding for the need of a compassionate, loving and caring caregiver.
