Mitra was a great person to have to assist me with transportation to appointments and shopping, etc., but after about 10mos., she wanted more hours. She said that we only went out for 1 1/2-2hrs. every week and that it wasn't worth her time to leave her house on her day off. This is not true because I kept a record of the times she took me out. There may have been 1 or 2 times it was under 2hrs., but not all the time. Most of the time, we were out for 3+ hrs. @$15.00 an hour. She texted me a message in May 2018 stating that her fee would be $40.00 an hour, even if she took me out for 1/2 an hour, it would still be $40.00 an hour. I felt that this was outrageous and told her that I didn't need her services anymore. I think that you, Care.com should require that all your job providers update their profiles every 6-12 mos. so that people don't have to go through what I went through. My situation was a very "cushy" job! She even got to shop!
