Hi mi name is Mishell I am new in this app but I have 3 years of experience Caring for and educating children is my true passion. With three years of experience caring for children from newborns to 11 years old, I bring a patient, creative, and kind approach to childcare. My postgraduate degree has given me a deep understanding of child development, and I enjoy engaging children with board games, puzzles, and educational apps. I am comfortable caring for up to three children and am responsible for enforcing house rules. I prioritize clear communication with parents, offering verbal updates, text messages, or following their preferred method. I am also certified in CPR and First Aid.
