Mireya is such a great nanny! She takes the kids out and is very active with them. She knew about lots of free community activities and events in addition to all the kids' museums, jump parks, outdoor parks, etc. They went to kids yoga, to story time, and to a free art class every week, all at the local public library! We used to joke that I never needed to sign my kids up for camp in the summer because she was Camp Mireya. She is bilingual and taught my kids quite a few words and songs in Spanish, which I loved. We got to know her 2 sweet grandsons, and I got to know Mireya's adult kids. She has raised wonderful kids of her own, and they are all very close with her, which tells you a lot about her values and skills as a mom. Mireya also helped with my laundry while my toddler took his nap, and she would even help straighten out the kids' drawers. We would have kept her forever but our finances changed and we had to give up the luxury of a full time nanny.
