We hired Mirela to care for our nine week old baby, and she was with him each week until his third birthday, last week. In that time, Mirela not only was a constant in his life, she became a family member to all of us. As a first time parent, I personally relied on her for advice with every stage of a newborn, and each milestone through toddler-hood. Her background as a pediatrician previously gave me such comfort. She loved our son as though he was one of hers. His safety, health, and happiness were her highest priorities. And oh, how my son loves her! After three years together, we've moved, and will no longer be able to see her each week, but we know we'll visit -- she's such an important part of ours lives now.
