Miranda helped me out on short notice with my 4 year old son , her communication was great, she was willing to change her schedule around to help me, her and my son hit it off even though he is a big mommas boy, he was well taken care of when I got home and happy. Awesome that she knows ASL as well (not just some very baby sign as a lot of care.com people do) - so many benefits for young babies and toddlers for early ASL exposure.
