About Miranda

This is my first time using Care. com and cannot find where to upload my resume, so if you'd like to see that, please ask! Ive worked with children since I was a child myself. Starting with babysitting the neighbor kids, teaching gymnastics classes and working in daycares. I've nannied professionally for about 5 years now and I love it! I especially love working with newborns and am saving to take a course in newborn care and have read a few different books on becoming postpartum doula. I will not be having children myself but I love them and am passionate about being a part of their growth. My skills include creating a nurturing environment where I teach your littles to explore, use their imaginations and create. I lead by example when it comes to teaching your littles patience, manners and emotional regulation. And help them build skills and develop the appropriate milestones for each stage of life with a heavy focus on being outdoors.
