About Cina

My background as a nanny, combined with my studies in English at the University of Louisville and my goal of an English teacher, has given me a well-rounded perspective on supporting children's growth and learning. Caring for children of various ages (from newborns to school-aged) has strengthened my ability to create a structured yet flexible environment where children feel safe, supported, and encouraged to learn. Each position has helped me develop strong communication, classroom management, and problem-solving skills while teaching me how to adapt to the unique needs of every child and family. These experiences have reinforced my passion for working with students and preparing them for success both academically and personally.
