I have many years experience working with people requiring special needs care. At this time I am seeking out a child to care for in my own home, who may need special assistance with some things. While I am qualified to do various levels of care, I prefer someone who does not require frequent extensive 1:1 assistance. I will be caring for other children in the home so if care is super complex, I do not feel that I would be able to give my best care to them if I'm also running around with other small children.
