I've worked with children in a variety of settings. I have babysat kids around my neighborhood for around 5(ish) years now. I also previously worked as a counselor in training at a farm camp in Shelburne, VT. I currently work at an elementary school after school program through the Essex Junction Recreational department, EJRP. I love my job, and the kids I have worked with. In addition to working, I highly enjoy volunteering as well. I volunteer at the Children's Hospital with the child life program and also am a "Big Buddy" at a local elementary school. When looking at what I wanted to study in college, I decided to study secondary education with a concentration in social studies. I am also considering a double major in social work. I'm currently a freshman and have enjoyed it immensely! I hope to hear from you soon.
