About Miranda

I grew up with two younger siblings, having spent lots of time over the years caring for them and being a role model. I have been caring for kids in plethora of ways since the age of 16. My role has included babysitter, nature camp counselor, arts instructor, youth dance teacher, and most recently an assistant teacher in a public high school. I have primarily worked with kids ages 3-18, and love learning from the thoughtful and imaginative minds of youth. I love to cook, make art, go for adventures, and be creative, and am good at leaning into the interests of those I'm working with. I am currently in grad school for social work at UPenn, and looking for part time work.
