Miranda helped with curriculum plans, meals, diaper changes, cleaning and communicating with parents, as well as working with two children with Down Syndrome. Miranda is a critical thinker and quick and reactive, which is often needed when caring for sprite and active toddlers. At any event, you can find Miranda where the children are. They gravitate towards her. That is a wonderful quality when considering a caregiver.
