About Ashley

Hi there! I started babysitting about 7 years ago. I have experience working with children from ages 1-13 years old. On top of babysitting, I was a teachers assistant where I learned how to work with children with special needs. I have tutored with AVID and helped with Spanish, writing, SAT prep, math and reading skills. I have also been a DSP and PCA for adolescents and young adults. I'm confident in building and working on functional communication skills, de-escalating maladaptive behaviors, and helping individuals with their personalized needs and goals.
