About Mirah

Hi, my name is Mirah! I am an experienced caregiver with over 10 years of paid experience in childcare, including 8 years of professional childcare experience. I am based in Bellingham, WA and have reliable transportation so I am willing to travel and drive children in my care as needed. I am currently a 1 on 1 SPED paraeducator at Cordata Elementary School, and I am working on my Master's of Teaching to become a licensed elementary teacher. Prior to working at Cordata Elementary, I was a lead teacher in an infant classroom at a licensed daycare in Bellingham. I am passionate about working with kids of all ages, and I feel so fortunate to have had so many fun and engaging experiences with the youth in my community. In my free time, I love yoga, dance, circus arts and spending time with my cats. I'm committed to creating a safe, loving, supportive and playful environment for children in my care and I am dedicated to creating a strong foundation of trust and love. Thank you!
