Hi! My name is Mindy and I am looking for a part time position. I have held positions as a Preschool Teacher, Weekday School for 2 years and Preschool for 3 years. I have been a nanny for over 12 years. The last position I held was with a wonderful family and their 3-month-old precious little boy who live in Charlotte. This nanny position lasted for a year and 2 months. The position before that, I nannied for a beautiful family and their precious daughter. During my time there, they had another little girl. I held this position for over 4 years. I miss both family's as they were both incredible to work for! I am Infant/Child CPR Certified and have taken a first aid course. Mindy has been our nanny for almost a year for our 13 month old son. Everyday, my son's face lights up when he gets to see 'Ms. Mindy' and I know they share a special connection. She truly cares about my son's well-being and making sure he is not only cared for, but feels nurtured, stimulated and safe. She has done a wonderful job of providing us tips as new parents, but respecting our decision if we decide to go with another approach. As an extremely busy working mom, having someone that I knew was reliable, punctual and cared for my son has been the greatest gift of all working with her. Having the right care-giver for your child is probably the single most important thing in transitioning back into working a full-time busy schedule after maternity leave which helped my sanity knowing he was safe and loved while I am gone. We ultimately had to end working with her because my son got in his daycare, but any family would be lucky to have her and we will miss her very much!
