About Mindy

I spent 10 years building an Early Childhood program in Piedmont, OK as an All-Day PreKindergarten teacher. It was in this position that I learned to meet children where they were at and help them grow in emotional regulation and foster a love for learning. As our program grew, so did I, and I moved to Kindergarten and then became the STEM teacher to 605 early childhood students. This position began to impact my ability to be an emotionally supportive parent to my own three children, and I resigned to take a position where the work life balance was attainable. This position was financially rewarding, however, I was laid off unexpectedly and do not wish to return to the corporate environment where this could occur again. My passion for children is built within me , and I would love to continue to make an impact outside of the classroom. I meet children with empathy, patience, and unconditional support. I look forward to bringing my experience and enthusiasm to your family!
