I moved on to being a head teacher in a before and after-school care program at an elementary school with kindergarten-6th graders. I have had the privilege of being a supervisor to Andrea for this past school year at an after-school care program. During that year, Andrea showed incredible growth and determination, even at areas she claimed to be her weakest strengths. Andrea is fun, caring, loving, and motivated to be everything she needs to be for the job at hand. She comes as a natural at working with children of all ages and abilities, which can be seen at her job through the city with children at the ages of 5 through 12, including children who have physical and cognitive limitations. Andrea was an asset to our program, and I know she will be seen the same by her next employer.
