About Mindy

My name is Mindy. I am 45 years old. My husband and I have been married for 26 years. We met in Japan. It was my husband's first duty station in the AirForce. We moved to Deer Park in July 2020. We have two boys. Our oldest is 20 our youngest is 17. I was a stay at home mom after my boys were born until my youngest started school. I have had several jobs over the years, which have included driving a school bus, helping at schools for recess and lunch time. I have experience with all ages of children. I have watched many children of family friends over the years. I also have volunteer experience with Cubscouts and helping at my friends daycare. I was unable to have more children after my boys. I unfortunately no longer live close to any of my family so have been unable to be around for the every day lives of my nieces and nephews. I miss being around children and would like to help a family that is in need of someone to care for theirs!
