Hello! I am a 30-year-old teacher turned work-at-home-auntie to the most lovely 15-year-old. I married the love of my life in July and am excited to continue building this new life here in the Colbert/Spokane area. Because my niece completes her schoolwork both on-site and at home, I am looking to offer care in my home in order to care for and adventure with your little one(s) while also being available for my niece. From 2015 to 2022 I was an elementary school teacher in Okanogan County, Washington and I provided childcare services- including babysitting, nannying, and employment at a private hospital daycare center- all through high school and college. I have much experience working with littles from infancy up to age 10, and some experience working with those age 10 and older. I can provide homework help, outdoor time, a separate nap room and storage space for items, and more. I have two lovely dogs who enjoy playing and cuddles.

Summer has been both a caregiver and a mother's helper to be many times. I trust her with my child completely. Her background in teaching and child education is evident in the way she interacts with my son. She is patient, kind and works with him very well. He loves her and has so much fun with her. Summer has been helping me as needed since my son was a newborn. I have a hard time letting him go to just anyone- but I know he's in good hands with her. She keeps him engaged and honors our parenting style as well. I can't recommend her enough.
