About Millicent

I have a BA in psychology from the university of Minnesota Duluth. I also have an AA degree in nursing from Herzing University. I am not able to practice yet as I have not done clinicals. I plan to finish when my youngest is in school. I have been working as a lead toddler teacher for the last 5 years at 2 daycares. I love to teach and make learning fun. I sing songs, do fun art and sensory projects, and play. I love watching the kiddos I work with learn new skills. I am a mom to 4. I have an 8-year-old son and my daughters are 3, 5, and 6. I am hoping to find a position that I can bring Chloe with. It is a good way for children to develop social skills but without all the germs that daycare brings. Im hoping to find a family that see's the benefit to this. Prior to being a toddler teacher I was a lead ABA therapist working with children with autism. I did assessments, documented progress, met with parents, and came up with individual lesson plans. I did this for 3. 5 years.
