I actively listen and observe to understand individual learning styles, encouraging open communication and parental check-ins. I keep students motivated by celebrating small successes, breaking down complex problems, and encouraging curiosity. Communication is essential for understanding needs, building trust, and adapting my approach. Seeing a student's confidence grow is the most rewarding aspect of tutoring.
