Having worked with children for many years has made me extremely patient and observant. I'm very detail-oriented. I'm not your typical babysitter/nanny; I like to incorporate fun crafts and projects during every babysitting experience. I'm a big believer in reading daily and hope to share my passion of reading with your children as well. Working with children is my passion there is no other job better suited for me than to provide children with positive experiences and the ability to promote their intelligence's through creative methods. Mildred helped my family by caring for our 4-month-old son during a week when we did not have care for him prior to his daycare arrangement beginning. She was absolutely WONDERFUL with him, and I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking care for their little ones. She is kind, patient, loving and very attentive to a child's needs. We especially loved that she paid close attention to getting our son outside for fresh air, interaction and walks. She's an expert at bottle feeding, diaper changes and even knows how to patiently and effectively handle the occasional dreaded diaper blow-out. As full-time working parents, there was no greater blessing than to be able to walk out the door each day for work knowing our son was in great hands with Mildred. We would hire her again in a heartbeat!
