About Mildred

I am a Licensed Practical nurse with over 14 years of pediatric nursing experience that included a population of special needs children. I am also a mother of 3 older children and many nephew and nieces. I have always babysat in between my full time job as a staff nurse. My experience spans caring for children aged newborn to 12 years old. I am comfortable caring for up to 3 children at a time. I am energetic, friendly and approachable, and always prioritize open communication with parents, adhering to their preferred method. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules to maintain consistency and structure. My days are filled with fun, from engaging in outdoor sports and board games to incorporating educational activities.
