About Milana

I love being a sitter because I genuinely enjoy spending time with kids and being someone they feel safe and comfortable around. I find it really rewarding to help them through big emotions, teach small life skills, and just be a positive presence in their day. I don't have formal training yet, but l've gained experience babysitting children in my family and through everyday interactions with kids. Through that, I've developed a lot of patience and empathy. I understand that everything can feel big and new to children, so always approach them with kindness and understanding. I'm someone who focuses on creating a calm, supportive environment where kids can be themselves. Whether that's helping them regulate emotions, keeping them engaged, or just making sure they feel heard, I really care about the role I play in their day.
