Mikayla’s strengths, and there are many, her greatest is her love for children. She can easily entertain our children with creative and fun activities. My children always have so much fun with her and are excited when she walks through the door. She is very responsible and is always on time and flexible with changes in a schedule. She manages all their needs seamlessly and makes sure they clean up after themselves. My house is always in better shape than when I left it.
