About Mikayla

I'm looking for a change in career path and I always enjoyed taking care of children. I'm excited to get back into this role!! A little about my background: I grew up volunteering in my church's daycare program, where I worked with children ranging from infants through middle school. I also gained experience caring for a group of seven children at once on Sundays, which really strengthened my ability to create structure while keeping everyone engaged. I truly enjoy working with kids-their creativity and energy make the experience so rewarding. I place a strong emphasis on engagement and believe in creating a fun, supportive environment. I also love spending time outdoors and think it's important for kids to stay active, explore, and enjoy being outside. I'd love to connect and learn more about your family's needs!
