About Alayah

Hi! My name is Alayah, and I'm currently studying Elementary Education in college. I have about 2 years of childcare experience and currently work in a childcare center, where I help create a safe, fun, and positive environment for children. I am CPR and first aid trained as well as certified in early childhood development! I've always loved working with kids because every day is different! Whether we're doing crafts, playing games, reading stories, helping with homework, or just having fun, I enjoy finding ways to keep children engaged and smiling. I would describe myself as patient, dependable, caring, and easy to communicate with. I understand how important it is for parents to trust the person caring for their children, and I always strive to create a safe and supportive environment. I'm excited to meet new families and be someone both parents and children can count on!
