Mikaela did an incredible job managing our infant twins alongside our 4-year-old and our 6-year-old. She kept the older two kids engaged while also managing the daily responsibilities that come with infant twins, remaining patient through it all. She was always kind and polite and kept things generally tidy. She was prompt and reliable and communicative when she would be delayed due to weather, etc. I am so glad Mikaela was able to care for our infants while they were so young!
