I honestly can't express enough gratitude towards Mikaela. She is beyond phenomenal. She is always punctual , communicative and of course what's most , is she is absolutely trusting , loving , and fun. She is a natural and my daughter completely adores her. We went through a nanny before her that was just really not at all good with kids. Mikaela is patient she is kind she is understanding but also fully capable of leading. She is so playful and engages my daughter for hours on End. She's everything you could hope for. I've never been able to leave my child , in Four years not once. And for weeks I have been able to work now with peace of mind knowing Mikaela is at home and my most beloved and cherished daughter is in loving and capable hands. I can't praise her enough and am beyond grateful for her presence In our life. On a professional level she's easy to connect with , amenable , flexible , reliable. She's absolutely phenomenal. Five stars.
