Hello! My name is Mikaela and I am a mom to 4, I am an ex teacher and I have been working with children since 2014! I currently just got off maternity leave and am looking for a family willing to allow my 4-month-old to come with me to work, I can assure you though it will not affect my care for your child having mine with me! I am currently enrolled to further my degree in early childhood education; I was a nanny for the same family for 2. 5 years before leaving to have my baby so I am absolutely looking for a long term job with the right family. I have a car with a clean driving record and insurance, I do not mind transporting for any reason! I really like to fill my days with activities and projects so your child will always be doing something when we are together! I really strive in parent communication so I'm looking for a family that is open to always communicating and discussing how we can improve our relationship. Mikaela is a wonderful caregiver!!! We had the pleasure of having her as a full time nanny for our two boys for over 2 years! I wouldn’t hesitate recommending her. She is always (I mean always) on time. Was extremely flexible and willing to help when we needed to make changes to hours or come early/stay late. Our kids LOVE her. Our son is autistic and she worked wonders with him! Only reason she no longer works with us is our kids transitioned into preschool full time. I would hire her again in a heartbeat!
