About Mika

I have known Mika since August 2014 through classes that she took with me at her college and through service and extracurricular activities. I have been so impressed with her that this year I will function as her as work supervisor at her college. I feel that I know her well and am in a good position to comment on her abilities and on her potential to work well in a professional environment. Mika is a highly motivated, honest, intelligent, and competent individual. I have no reservations in recommending her. While at her college, Mika has demonstrated a commitment to working well with others while maintaining personal high standards. She demonstrates an excellent ability to balance her participation in her studies, service, work, and other activities. Mika s work ethic and ability to get along well with others is outstanding. Her motivation, energy, and ability to work on her own are several of her strengths. Mika has committed herself to service, particularly with working with local immigrants, helping both with childcare and with teaching English to speakers of other languages. She has also volunteered her time assisting with youth soccer. On an interpersonal level, Mika has been a joy to have as a student and a friend. She is hardworking, reliable and has a good sense of humor. Mika is an intelligent, dependable and motivated individual who relates well to others, both adults and children. She does very well interpersonally. I give her my highest recommendation.
