I have been running my small art business full-time for the past four years, and have recently started nannying again to supplement my income & be able to work with children again! I have a bachelor's degree in Art - with an interest in becoming an art teacher or art therapist - and have a plethora of experience working with children. I have over 13 years of babysitting experience, and have worked as a preschool teacher, nanny, lead art instructor for an aftercare, & a summer camp counselor. Prior to that, I worked as a volunteer, counselor, & teacher at multiple summer camps for over seven years. I have also had two teaching-related internships. Having grown up with two younger sisters, one of whom is eight years younger, I have always played a role of caretaker and I love spending time with kids and animals, making art with kids and being out in nature. Most importantly, she is genuinely fulfilled by being a caregiver and creates a warm, supportive and nurturing environment. She is a gifted artist and incorporates her gifts into activities (and incentives) for our kids. She helped us navigate some very challenging times with our oldest (4 at the time) and did so with grace, understanding and love.
