Hi! I want to use this profile to share some important things for you to know about me before you decide to take the next step in possibly using me as your nanny or even babysitter. I am a 49 year-young happily married mother of three children spanning three decades! I have spent most of my adult life in Georgia and come from a Christian family. Along with my three children, we have two cats and a dog. We love animals! I have over 11 years experience as a nanny. I have worked as an in-home nanny as well as in a childcare home and a childcare facility. To me, there is nothing better and more personal than working as an in-home nanny. It is my job, and I don't believe in anything less than being the closest thing to the child's parents that I can be while they are not available. I am a loving, affectionate nurturing person. I love to laugh, read, tell jokes, play outside and be a wonderful role model for the children. Thanks!

Before I start, know that we almost never take the time to write reviews, except for exceptional circumstances. This was clearly one of those! We have interviewed well over 20 nannies over the last 6 years. Michelle is, without comparison, the best nanny we have ever interviewed. She is professional, intelligent, warm and thoughtful. She was very comfortable around our children and they connected with her instantly. She also had excellent answers to every question we asked. We also contacted her references, which were nothing but overwhelmingly positive. Unfortunately, her availability and the times we needed her did not match so we could not hire her. This was very hard for us to accept - we do not think we will find someone as qualified as her!
