About Michelle

Caring for others has been part of my life from the beginning. Inspired by my mom's career in education, I started nannying at 12 for families from her school and even helped coach her elementary volleyball team. I originally planned to become a teacher, completing extensive coursework in child development and psychology while earning A. S. degrees in Psychology, Social Sciences, and Natural Sciences, along with my B. S. in Business Administration. I ultimately spent 10 years in the wine industry before recently relocating to San Diego. While searching for my next business role, tutoring and caregiving felt like a natural fit. I also served as my grandmother's primary caregiver for two years after her Parkinson's diagnosis, an experience that strengthened my patience, compassion, and commitment to helping others thrive at every stage of life.
