About Michelle

I would describe my personality as caring, motherly, and fun. I truly enjoy working with children because I love watching them grow, learn new things, and develop their own unique personalities. My experience working with children began when I was just 12 years old, when I started babysitting. I got my first official position working with children at Head Start in 1999, and I have continued working in childcare ever since. Working with children has always been something I am passionate about. I am looking for a long-term position where I can continue to make a positive difference in the lives of children . One thing you should know about me is that I love all children as if they were my own. I believe every child deserves to feel loved, supported, safe, and encouraged to be the best they can be. I hold my CDA credentials in Preschool and Infant & Toddler Care, along with First Aid and CPR certifications and many additional childcare and professional-development trainings.
