About Lillian

I'm passionate about fostering children's growth and development in a safe, nurturing environment. I hold a BS in Human Development and Family Studies from BGSU and have completed coursework in early child development, trauma-informed practice, and family education. I currently work as a K-8 art teacher, where I encourage creativity, self-expression, and confidence in my students while building strong, supportive relationships with them.. In addition, I previously worked as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a year, providing one-on-one support for children on the autism spectrum ages 2-6 I am currently seeking a summer position where I can continue supporting and engaging with children in a positive, structured environment while contributing my creativity, patience, and passion for helping young people grow.
