Michelle is very good with our Grandma! They went on errands and shopping and in general became good friends. Michelle makes a great companion. Smart and reassuring when granny needed a little extra comforting. She drove quite a ways to make it work and was always on time - even made adjustments to the schedule when a doctors appointment came up that fell on a day that was not on her schedule. She also took excellent notes at the audiologist so we could rely on what the Doc recommended.
