About Michelle

Hello care. com community! I am a compassionate, responsible, and companionable caregiver who is an aspiring occupational therapy student. For the past four years, I have had the honor of providing personalized assistance to elders and people who self-identify with a disability or illness requiring support with personal care and activities of daily living (e. g., feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting). I can help with tasks such as preparing meals, doing light housekeeping, and doing laundry. I have worked in various settings depending on the client, including in-home, work, community, hospice settings, and daytime nonresidential facilities. I am passionate about meeting people where they are and providing person- and family-centered care.
