I have extensive experience with dementia and Alzheimer's, kidney disease, heart disease and depression. I incorporate gentle exercise, mental stimulation and physical therapy into a daily routine. I provide medication reminders, meal preparation and feeding, recording of vitals, and clear and direct communication with the family. In my current position. I received "Employee of the Quarter" twice in a row. I perform in all ADL's, including bathing (female and male), oral care, perineal care, skin care, shaving, etc. I run errands, take patients to appointments, grocery shop, etc. Above all, I want my patient to live their best life possible under my care.
