Hello, My name is Michelle and I can't wait to start working with you! I have over 10 years of experience working in child care and 3 years experience working in the school system as a Sign Language Interpreter. In both of these positions, I have had to assume the role of a tutor. As a nanny, I would provide homework help. As an interpreter, I would work with with my students to complete assignments by breaking down information that was previously taught by the teacher. The subjects I have the most experience with are Reading/ELA, Math, and Science. I have also worked with students to prepare for the Reading, Writing, and Math FSA.
