About Michelle

With more than 15 years of experience providing childcare and a background as a Registered Nurse, in addition to raising my own kiddo as well (she is 19 and in nursing school herself!), I am passionate about making a positive impact on kids and the families with whom I work. My approach is patient, calm, and approachable. I enjoy engaging children through educational games, puzzles, and board games that foster development. I am happy to assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and creative crafts. I prioritize your preferences by following your lead on household rules and utilizing your chosen method for daily communication. Whether supporting children with special needs or caring for ages ranging from infants to pre-teens, I am committed to your family's well-being. I look forward to the opportunity to grow with your family. I am looking for just one or two families who are in need of occasional or date night type care, and I can sometimes be available at the last minute.
