About Michelle

I am an older woman who can provide basic food preparation. I can also shop or pick up food and other personal items for you. I could also provide last-minute companion care for several hours for someone who just needs a respite break. I have no formal training other than working in a nursing home in the 80s for a short period of time and caring for family members. Any questions, ask. Also, I have helped during bathing or showers. Even though I wouldn't be interested in doing this on a regular basis, I could do it for a one-time period now and then.
