Michelle is wonderful: reliable, punctual, hard working, and positive. We hired Michelle to take care of our 7-8 month old son for 5 days (so far). She's been great with him, and is definitely a calming presence in our home. Every day that she's worked for us has been a god-send. Not only is she great with our son, but she's been comfortable helping with odd jobs during naps, often going above and beyond. I would finish my work to find our home in perfect order. My stress levels have definitely gone down since we hired her. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.
