About Michelle

I am an experienced elementary educator with over 10 years of teaching experience across multiple grade levels. I hold a Master's Degree in Reading, Bachelor's Degrees in Early Childhood and Elementary Education, and a minor in ESOL. Trained in a variety of programs, I tailor instruction to meet each student's individual needs. I am patient, supportive, and passionate about helping students overcome challenges and achieve academic success. During the pandemic, I was honored to receive Teacher of the Year, recognizing my dedication to student learning and strong online teaching skills. I look forward to helping your child grow and thrive both academically and personally. I like tutoring because I love helping children overcome obstacles and gain confidence. One thing you should know about me is I have 10+ years of experience working with elementary students. Which has given me the tools to meet the needs of a large variety of students, including ESE and ESOL.
