About Rachel

I'm Rachel, a dedicated caregiver with 14 years of experience working with children of all ages. From 2015 to 2020, I was a full-time nanny for 2 young boys, including homeschooling during the COVID-19 pandemic. I've also babysat children of all ages, including those with disabilities and special needs. I hold a degree in Elementary Education from USF and am certified in K-6 and Special Education (K-12), with ESOL and Reading endorsements. I've taught 5th grade in Hillsborough County and worked with preschoolers at R'Club, in addition to years of internships at all levels. I have 4 years of tutoring experience with Pre-K through middle school. My goal is to create nurturing and structured environments where children can thrive academically and emotionally. I prioritize open communication with parents and ensure that household rules are enforced to maintain a safe and structured environment. I'm CPR certified, a non-smoker, pet-friendly, and have my own reliable transportation.
