About Michelle

I have a strong passion for childcare with experience caring for children, including focused care for newborn to 3 years old. Growing up in a large family with 27 cousins gave me constant exposure to children, helping me develop patience, responsibility, and the ability to create a safe, nurturing environment. I also have hands-on experience caring for my premature niece (4 lbs), strengthening my ability to provide gentle, attentive care for infants with special needs and support early development and comfort. I am knowledgeable in safe sleep practices, including Cribs for Kids guidelines, ensuring a safe sleep environment. I currently work night shifts in labor and delivery as a surgical technologist while pursuing nursing education, which enhances my understanding of safety, hygiene, and pediatric care. I am committed to providing reliable, compassionate childcare that supports each child's growth and well-being.
