As a dedicated and experienced childcare provider, I am passionate about nurturing children's growth and well-being. With four years of hands-on experience, I have developed a strong ability to create a safe, stimulating environment where children can thrive. My patient and calm nature allows me to connect with children effectively while maintaining a structured routine. I believe in open communication with parents, providing regular updates and actively following their preferred communication method. My educational background includes a high school degree, along with coursework focused on early child development. I am certified in First Aid and CPR and have experience working with children with special needs. My diverse skill set enables me to engage children in various activities such as outdoor games, board games, puzzles, and educational games that foster learning. I am comfortable caring for up to four children of all ages, from infants to preteens.
