Hi! Thanks for checking out my profile. I am 49, married and a mom of 3 with one in college! Our oldest two are adopted since a young age. We have had lots of years of trauma informed parenting experience. I have several years of experience with babysitting, volunteer teaching and some camp experience. One of my mottos for raising healthy kids is "boredom breeds creativity." I encourage hands-on and outdoor activities as well as periods of quiet and rest (baking, legos, crafts/painting, reading, walking, playgrounds, etc.).
