My names michell I'm 24 years old I'm currently enrolling into school as a sterile technician. I have experience working as a CNA for 2 years as in feeding, caring doing house work and being a companion for seniors as they are transitioning in the hardships in their lives. My experience with children in a daycare for a year teaching bilingual language( Spanish ) movement exercises for newborns and reading so each to toddlers learning to talk. With older kids I'm well aware of them constantly growing and learning so I'm always ready to be a friend and a parent! Michell has been taking great care of our 6-12 month old son for a few months now. She is very sweet! Great communication and sends pictures throughout the day. She is very receptive to feedback if/when I have any. Especially considering my baby is changing and growing so rapidly at this stage. I think this is a great quality in any caregiver. She helps tidy up the house as well which is much appreciated for this working mom! We are blessed to have her and you will be too!
